How VenueVeritas handles information on the public site. Public pages use a static publication snapshot. No user accounts are offered.

Standing rules

These labels describe the record. They are not a safety score.

Research Confidence describes evidence coverage. It does not mean an operator is safe.
Verified means a specific source check succeeded. It is not a general endorsement.
Unknown stays unknown. Missing evidence is not filled in.
Check times and change times belong to the records they describe.
Commercial relationships do not influence research conclusions.
VenueVeritas does not recommend a venue or tell a reader to trade.

This policy describes the current public site.

It will be updated if the product begins collecting personal data beyond ordinary web hosting and contact handling.

There is no sign-in, no user accounts and no review submission on the public pages.

Public research pages are read from a static publication snapshot rather than a live research database session.

No general analytics or click measurement is described as enabled on these pages.

Product-event collection is not described as active for the public research UI.

The public site is hosted as a production web application.

No public contact mailbox is published yet.

Because no user-account or submission systems are connected, there is no personal-data retention schedule for those features.

A later policy update will state retention for any personal data that is actually collected.

If personal-data processing expands, this policy will describe access, correction and deletion routes.
