Jurisdiction evidence

Crypto exchanges: UAE regulatory evidence

In the current snapshot, VenueVeritas publishes UAE-related regulatory records under Dubai VARA and ADGM FSRA. Those instruments attach to named legal entities, not to a global brand.

What regulation means here

The UAE is not a single crypto-licence regime. Dubai VARA authorizations and ADGM FSRA permissions are distinct, entity-scoped public records. A VARA licence does not imply an FSRA permission, and neither is a worldwide brand approval.

What this does not mean

  • A record in this jurisdiction is not a global brand licence.
  • Venues without a published record here are not labelled unregulated. Unknown remains unknown.
  • This is not a complete list of every licensed crypto firm in the jurisdiction.
  • VARA and FSRA must not be collapsed into “regulated in Dubai” as a brand-level claim.

Each row is legal entity → jurisdiction → regulator → authorization. It is not “the brand is regulated by this authority.”
