Jurisdiction evidence

Crypto exchanges: EU / MiCA evidence

VenueVeritas currently publishes a small set of EU-related entity records. A national registration is not a MiCA CASP licence, and one member-state instrument is not an EU-wide brand approval.

What regulation means here

MiCA creates a CASP authorization framework. National VASP or other registrations that pre-date or sit beside MiCA are not automatically the same instrument. VenueVeritas only lists rows it has verified against a named entity, regulator, and source.

What this does not mean

  • A record in this jurisdiction is not a global brand licence.
  • Venues without a published record here are not labelled unregulated. Unknown remains unknown.
  • This is not a complete list of every licensed crypto firm in the jurisdiction.
  • MFSA / other MiCA competent-authority graph pages are not published until exact identifiers are in the Entity Graph.

Each row is legal entity → jurisdiction → regulator → authorization. It is not “the brand is regulated by this authority.”
