Checklist
Identify the legal entity name exactly as it appears on the claim.
Identify the regulator and jurisdiction.
Find the instrument class (licence, registration, authorisation, etc.).
Locate the register ID on an official register or gazette.
Confirm status and dates; retain conflicts if sources disagree.
Do not upgrade a regional instrument into a global brand approval.
