MiCA Licence vs VASP Registration
A MiCA CASP authorization and a national VASP (or similar) registration are different instruments. VenueVeritas does not treat one as the other, and does not invent an EU-wide brand licence from a single member-state row.

Why it matters
- Transition language in marketing often blurs pre-MiCA registrations into passportable CASP status.
- Readers need the entity, competent authority, and instrument class — not a slogan.
What VenueVeritas currently publishes
EU-related rows in the public graph are listed on the EU jurisdiction page only when a verified entity–instrument record exists.
If a MiCA CASP identifier is not in the Entity Graph, VenueVeritas does not publish a CASP page for that entity.
Limitations
- This guide is methodology, not a determination of any firm’s MiCA status.
